This position will report to the Project Manager(s) and will utilize common concepts, practices, and procedures within Contract Administration/Document Controls. Selected candidates will have excellent opportunity for advancement and begin working as soon as arrangements can be made.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with field personnel to record progress of contract components 
• Coordinate, collect, and distribute weekly contract reporting 
• Prepare monthly progress reports for project management team and executives 
• Support project management personnel in subcontract management including requests for changes evaluation and dispute resolution 
• Possess a complete understanding of contract pricing, terms and conditions 
• Maintain orderly and complete files for contract information 
• Perform special projects as required by supervisor 
• Perform office management functions to include DBE compliance reporting, EEO compliance, and subcontractor invoice for AP Centralization Department processing 
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Unbilled in accordance with accounting procedures 
• Develop and maintain strong relations with subcontractors, vendors and customers/owners 
• Identify, recommend and implement departmental process improvements

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of contract management experience 
• 5+ years construction industry experience preferred 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel 
• Effective verbal and written communication, and advanced computer skills essential 
• Able to work independently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
