Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of the business. Creates and conveys brand messages and improves brand awareness.
-Management of Lane brands, by working closely with the director of communications
-Management of overall marketing material development process including brochures, project fact sheets, advertisements, internal/external presentations, trade and career fair displays and other special projects
-Maintenance of brand standards to ensure that the messaging is clear, consistent, adheres to company style and that the brand is represented strongly and accurately
-Overseeing all advertising for organization
-Development of content for print, digital, etc.
-Working with Business Development, Pursuits, Human Resources, and other business partners to ensure that the brand positioning has maximum impact across the wide variety of print and digital channels
-Leads/supports integrated marketing communications campaigns (both print and digital).
-Coordinates strategy and involvement in conferences and exhibitions
-Management of external vendors by:
a) ensuring that Lane’s brand identities are correctly implemented in the materials they create
b) messaging is aligned with current marketing activities,
c) content is provided (images, text, video) and
d) high-quality final product is created on time and within budget.
-Maintaining “best of” photo library for company-wide use
-Creating internal communication plans
-Writing and editing content for print and digital platforms
-Carries out job duties while maintaining Lane values
-Requires occasional travel
-4-6 years’ experience in Marketing
-Strong project management skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Adobe Illustrator experience required
-Experience in writing content across multiple platforms
-Exceptional communication and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
