  • Lead the interface, commuications & relationships w/utility owners coordinator w/TX Central
  • Oversight & tracking of design deliverables incl. generating transmittals, particpate in construction reviews, maintain tracking logs & document dliverable delays
  • Schedule utility owner wk & ensure timely response to spport inspections, tie-ins etc.  
  • Coordinate & develop the required documentation to communicate project contractural & technical issues, status & progress reports, conduct/coordinate related mtgs, complete mtgs minutes & f/u on action items
  • Track & report utility owner costs, review & approve invoices & confirm payment
  • Track & manage RFI/FDC/NCRs submittals btwn the field, PLTC designer, utility owners & MTA
  • Provide input to monthly reporting on utility owner wrk
  • Compile as-built pkgs for submission to UO
  • Coordination of contractural & technical requirements. 
  • Develop & manage a staff of utility coordinators

Qualifications:

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and 5-10 years of work- related experience. Experience with transit rail design, construction, testing and commissioning is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal statutes and guidelines Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
