To assist in preparation of prequalification documents and licensing applications for National Contractor and to perform other paralegal related functions within the Legal Department.

 Key Responsibilities:

-Accumulate and compile data from internal and external sources to complete Prequalification Applications, Contractor License Applications, and other similar documents. 

-Exercise sound business judgment to respond, both verbally and in writing, to questions presented by public and private project owners and others.     

-Compile and store prequalification related data in various documents, spreadsheets and databases utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications. 

-Special projects as assigned by Supervisor, including but not limited to assisting in research regarding licensing and prequalification requirements from public and private Owners.

-Paralegal type support tasks related to the general practice needs of Legal Department: employment, environmental, litigation, real estate transactions, regulatory matters (OSHA), business transactions.


-Administrative tasks such as organizing filing systems.   


Must be highly organized and possess strong attention to detail, oral and written communication skills, editing skills and must be able to work in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite applications.  Must be able to work in face paced environment requiring multi-tasking on daily basis.
