Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

-Process improvement: support in process mapping, database management, dashboard creation, development of improvement actions and implementation

-Competitors benchmark: collection of peers’ information, financial and non-financial information comparison and benchmark

-Merger & Acquisition projects: ability to support a due diligence process with financial analysis for the sale or for an acquisition of a business

-Integration projects: ability to support a company integration process, from conceptual framework development, interaction with Departments on potential reorganization, synergies identification, action plan development and implementation

-Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values

-Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelors Degree: accounting / management / finance

-Previous working experience: 0-2 years max

-Attitude: willing to learn and jump from a sale to an acquisition, from evaluation to process re-design and improvement, curious and open attitude

-Ability to read financial statements and run financial analysis, compare / benchmark, understand processes and develop flow charts, participate in process re-design and change management projects

-Easy to work with different people / interact with multiple different Depts.

-Proficient in Office suite (excel, word, power point), Visio (a plus)
