This Compliance Adminnistative TEMP role will join our upbeat and high energy compliance team. Individual will assist with Wage and Hour compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities include:

-Ensures compliance with local and federal agencies

-Timely and accurate submission of certified payroll and compliance reports for Lane and its subcontractors

-Works closely with A/P, Engineers, Project Managers, and Office Managers to identify and manage all requirements of the reporting of certified payrolls

-Carry out ob duties while maintaining Lane values

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements

-1-3 years administrative experience

-Must have strong organizational skills

-Be detail oriented, ambitious, and enthusiastic

-Able to work autonomously as well as with a team

-Knowledge of the Bacon Davis Act and certified payroll experience a plus
